Rewards

NEW: Beating Decidueye will unlock Meloetta Guardian on Easter Island #3. This is an NPC that you can talk to toggle if you want to be able to see Meloetta-E5 Roaming the Easter Maps or not. Disabling makes it impossible to find Meloetta-E5. Enabling makes your Roaming Tracker reveal the map & will make it encounterable for you.

This toggle option was added after feedback from previous events where people didn't like the possibility of double (or even triple if swarms were active) UR's on a single map.

Beating Decidueye on any difficulty will unlock Diancie as a Roaming Legendary.

Alder's Volcarona

A daily NPC battle, different from the other bosses.

Location: Easter Island #2, central map of Easter Island.

Alder's Volcarona got Corrupted & asks the players to free it. Starting a 6v1 battle with a boosted HP Volcarona.

This Volcarona can be fought in 3 difficulties: Easy, Medium & Hard.

Easy will be level 35
Medium will be level 85
Hard will be level 100

Mechanic

The idea behind it is to have a not time-based lead up to our Dynamax event mechanics.

Volcarona will have the famed Dynahax Ability. In short: Can't be cheesed on. Full explanation in below spoiler.

This Dynahax ability makes the pokemon have the following things:

Immunity to all ability neutralizing effects (including but not limited to Mold Breaker, Neutralizing Gas, Entrainment).
Immune to everything regarding %hp damage. (including but not limited to Endeavor, Super Fang, Destiny Bond, Leech Seed, Whirlpool, Iron Barbs, Rough Skin, Rocky Helmet, ...) (sandstorm won't damage the dynamax pokemon, other effects of weather apply)
Immune to all status like poison, burn, paralyzed etc.
Drain Moves (such as drain punch, giga drain, draining kiss, ...) won't heal your pokemon when used against the dynamaxed pokemon. This includes the held item Shell Bell.
Items can't be switched with trick/switcheroo/... (they can be knocked off!)
Moves that make the dynamax lose freedom of choosing next move do not work (eg Taunt, Encore, Torment, Grudge, ...)
Moves that change the dynamax power or typing (like Soak, Speed Swap, ...)

The Volcarona's HP is increased with a lot of HP EV's. Easy will have 5.000 HP, Medium will have 50.000 HP, Hard will have 135.000 HP.

Additionally, also like the dynamaxed pokemon in the Dynamax content, it will get a 5th move slot with the move Haze.
The AI will almost always haze when there's 2 stages increased (on your pokemon) or decreased (on itself) in the same stat.
Lowering the opposing pokemon's stat stages to -1 is almost always the best way to deal with them.

Since Easter is only 2 weeks, we are giving away all the info from their moveset over their held item to the location they spawn.

These are the 3 locations where they can spawn:

Spawn: Easter Island #1, near entrance, long walk
Spawn: Easter Island #2, just outside the Easter Town, Short walk
Spawn: Easter Island #3, just after entering the map, long walk

It has several combinations of pokemon & locations possible.

Easter Egg Hunt

We will all be going on Easter egg hunt, just like when we were kids!

General

The server will be dropping 2 Chocolate & 3 Plain Easter Eggs every 3 hours.

These eggs will be invisible on a tile and players can find them by being the first to walk on that tile after the egg was dropped there.
Much like some things the server always drops around all the maps (Dragon Balls, Blaze Chests, ...).

Once you found one, you can open it from your bag & it will give you one of the items possible in that egg.

This is the first time we are adding this. Some things will be improved upon by next year if this is a good addition to the event.

Shiny Trader

Easter Event will get it's first Shiny Trader!

General

Shiny traders trade a certain amount (usually 3) of pokemon for a certain shiny pokemon.
Those pokemon traded away are lost for good, so don't use pokemon you want to keep!

For Easter Event 2025 the shiny trader is the following:

Ranger Fleur

Rangers love all pokemon, they don't care about natures. Especially event forms!

That is why, Ranger Fleur will take all your Event forms you want to give to her, in exchange for a random Event form of the same species.

Mechanic

The NPC (Ranger Fleur) will take Event Forms (and currency) from you and will give you a single new Event form of that species according to the following rules:

Exchanging Rare or Very Rare Event Form pokemon require you to give her 2 of that species.
Exchanging Ultra Rare Event Form pokemon require you to give her 3 of that species + 200 Egg Shards

Submitted Pokemon
All submitted pokemon must be:

be a valid event form from an eligible tier (Rare, Very Rare, or Ultra Rare)
be the same species (same pokemon)
be obtained during the active event window (previous Event forms will not be accepted)

They do not have to have you as their OT (Original Trainer).

!! All submitted pokemon will be permanently lost & are never recuperabel. Triple check your party!

Rewarded pokemon
All received pokemon will:

never be an Alpha pokemon (even if submitting Alpha pokemon)
have random IV's
have a random Ability
have the same rarity
be possible to get 'Synced' with the Synchronize Ability (odds and pokemon skill according to their rarity)
have the level of the lowest traded pokemon (fx level 20 diggersby-e5 & level 85 diggersby-e5 => new level 20 diggersby-e5)

have you as their OT (Original Trainer).

In-Game

The NPC (Ranger Fleur) will be located on Easter Island #4 (Left most map, near the bottom).

Talking to her with a valid combination will allow you to answer Yes (or no) to her offer.
Clicking Yes will open the UI where you choose your pokemon to trade:

Choosing 1 of the species will lock out the others.
Choosing a pokemon will also lock in the required amount for that rarity (2 for rare/vr & 3 for ur).

The Confirm button will only be clickable once you have selected the correct amount of pokemon.
