Extremely efficient and consistent. Possibly the best HP EV location in the entire game.
Attack EV Training
Best: Mt. Inferno – Day Only (Solrock)
Best Attack EV yield in Jvaloh, but only available during the day.
Runner-Up:
• Route 9-A / 9-B (Gumshoos, Arbok) – Solid option when Solrock isn't available. Accessible and consistent.
Defense EV Training
Convenient Option: Champions Road #7 (Golem)
Not the cleanest Defense-only spawn, but good for Blaze Coin farming and EXP.
Tip: Mixed spawns here. Consider multi-stat training or come prepared to reset EVs.
Special Attack EV Training
Best in Region: Mt. Inferno – Night Only (Lunatone)
One of the top Special Attack spots in the game. Edges out Sinnoh's Psyduck/Golduck areas, but only available at night.
