Steel Cavern
Requirements
The Steel Cavern is blocked by an NPC which requires you to have:
Location
The Steel Cavern exit is located on the final map of Iron Island.
Iron Island can be reached by taking a ferry from Canalave (75-100F).

Finding Lucario
The quest is started outside of Iron Island at the exit.
NOTE: Don't go out to fast, you can't go down the ledges before starting the quest or you have to run all the way through Iron Island again.
The NPC Riley will say his lucario ran off & you need to find it in several locations in Sinnoh:
Mercury Potion
You need to find a Shady Man who is willing to give you the Mercury Potion required for Riley. However, he will only give you the potion if you give him a level 30 Bronzor.
NOTE: You will lose the Bronzor & the Bronzor can't be holding an item!
Bronzor spawns on several maps in Sinnoh
This Shady man is located inside Iron Island on Iron Island B
=> Enter Iron Island => Top right warp => Bottom right warp => Bottom of that map
After you received the Mercury Potion, you just need to return to Riley (near the sailor) & he'll give you the Steel Cave Pass.
