Phantanium,
The autumn pokemon,
They can be found in colder regions of the globe.
When plants or species pass on to the after life due to cold climate, the pokemon absorbs the souls and energy and use them to it's advantage. It's said that when the souls are getting absorbed, you can hear them wheep loudly throughout the forest.

The Radioactive Reuniclus is a thing of legend that comes to visit cities in the eerie of night, It's origin comes from a government experiment to try to attain a 100% energy efficient source using radioactive energy while employing the power and intelligence of psychic type Pokemon. Reuniclus happened to be one of these Pokemon. The project was too stressful for the psychic type Pokemon, many were injured and killed in the process. Reuniclus having enough decided to sacrifice itself by using its inmese power to destroy the entire base of operations, this sadly created a devastating nuclear explosion that left the entire continent baron.

Reuniclus survived but it mutated into a monster, it kills anything it comes into contact with, it hunts greedy humans because they remind it of the humans that subject it and its companions to torture. It's home region is still laid to waste so it travels the world in hunt of greedy humans. It looks forward to coming to visit in Halloween when the most greed is present, whenever it detects a greedy person it will stop at nothing to end the life of said person. It's a vengeful creature that believes it's fulfilling a mission to destroy greed in the world, one soul at a time.

In the deepest secrets of an enchanted forest, a little voltorb got lost from his beloved electrode mother. It ended up growing up all alone and feeding of some very peculiar pumpkins that were poisoned by very toxic Pokémon’s from nearby. Legend says, that the pumpkins killed the tiny voltorb turning it into a ghost/poison type and it’s spirit still hunts the deep woods. Some trainers have said they have seen its glowing green eyes during the night.

Kabuto-H

In the heart of a dimly lit laboratory, a team of dedicated scientists worked tirelessly to resurrect an ancient Kabuto fossil, hoping to unlock the secrets of prehistoric Pokémon life. The laboratory hummed with the soft glow of machinery and the hope of scientific discovery. As the process reached its critical phase, the room trembled with anticipation.

But a shadowy and malevolent force, seeking power and control, infiltrated the laboratory, bringing chaos and darkness to the scene. This malevolence manifested through a horde of Pokémon under its sinister control, driven to protect the secrets hidden within the Kabuto fossil. In a horrifying twist, the scientists were ambushed and overpowered, their blood spilling into the very machine they had painstakingly crafted for the resurrection.

The malevolent force's dark ritual merged with the resurrection process, creating an eerie fusion of ancient and sinister energies. The Kabuto, now reborn but tainted, emerged from its chamber, its eyes gleaming with malevolence, its instincts twisted by the evil that had invaded the resurrection. It was no longer the prehistoric Pokémon they had sought to revive, but a menacing force under the control of dark powers, a harbinger of chaos and destruction, unleashing terror upon the laboratory and all who dared to enter. The scientists' noble quest for knowledge had turned into a nightmarish encounter that would forever haunt the secrets of Pokémon history.

During Halloween nights, a certain event is organized by local wild Gengars on route 209 of the Sinnoh region. In this event, the Gengars invite several Pokémon to a scare competition, with the promise that the winner will be granted a wish.

In one of these contests, a group of three wild Monfernos failed in their attempts to frighten those passing through the route. Then, fearing defeat, the three had a nefarious idea.

That night, the Lost Tower received an unexpected visit from this group of Monfernos who began searching the bodies of Pokémon in the tombs, one by one. The three Pokémon planned to use the skeletons of those who had passed away to create scary costumes and take the lead in the competition.

The search for materials began in a particularly large tomb, upon viewing the skeleton, they concluded that it probably belonged to a Rhydon.

There were several tombs that they quickly visited, counting Pokémon such as Omastar, Magmar and Scizor. The Monfernos, just didn't expect that while they continued to spite those who were already gone, one of the Pokémon trained to protect the Lost Tower, silently watched them from afar while using their psychic powers.

After finishing their horrendous work, the Mofernos were about to leave the Lost Tower, when a Pokémon very similar to Hypno, but containing its deformed body, approached them.

The Monfernos were frightened by the bizarre image of the Pokémon and tried to escape, but suddenly all the exits from the Lost Tower were closed. Fearing the worst they tried to fight, but were quickly overwhelmed by the Pokémon's psychic powers. Before fainting, the Monfernos heard the Pokémon say the following words in a dialect that only they could understand:

"Your irreverent acts towards those who have already left end here. I came here dressed in the flesh of those you insulted to give a warning. Go away and never come back, because next time I won't just scare you."

The Monfernos woke up at dawn, in a place far from route 209, but it was still possible to see the Lost Tower in the distance. They quickly fled until the tower was no longer visible.

At the same time in the Lost Tower, the Hypno guardian of the place was grateful for the fact that he was so experienced in hypnosis and manipulating illusions, as it was easy to trick those Pokémon, forcing them to leave and never return. He had to protect that tower with all his strength after all! Because that was the mission that his beloved trainer gave him, many, many years ago. . .

Halloween Infernape
The GhostsFighting/Fire Pokemon

On a mysterious Halloween night, the gates of the Chinese underworld opened, releasing a powerful energy. This energy transcended the barriers of time and space, reaching the realm of magical creatures in the world of Pokémon. The pets were preparing to celebrate Halloween in the United States, joyfully dressed in various eccentric costumes.

Infernape, a spirited creature, was even more energetic on Halloween. However, under the influence of the mysterious energy, it felt an unprecedented power surging into its body. Its fur began to turn fiery red, and its eyes sparkled with infinite courage and a spirit of adventure. Suddenly, a strong aura of mysterious energy enveloped it as if an invisible hand guided it.

Under the guidance of this energy, Infernape's consciousness connected to a corner of Chinese legend, where Sun Wukong was battling evil forces in the underworld. During the fight, Sun Wukong sensed the passion and adventurous spirit in Infernape and decided to pass on a part of his spirit and energy to it. This inheritance endowed Infernape with greater power and bestowed Sun Wukong’s wisdom and cunning.

After receiving the inheritance from the Chinese underworld Sun Wukong, Infernape's attributes dramatically transformed. Its fire attribute remained, but infused with the power of the underworld, making its flames even more intense and mysterious. Meanwhile, due to the spiritual connection with Sun Wukong, its fighting attribute gradually evolved into a more agile and precise style, brimming with wisdom and skill.

When Infernape returned to the world of pets, it had become extraordinary. It was no longer just an ordinary Pokémon, but one that had inherited the essence of the Chinese underworld, embodying a Halloween-themed version of Sun Wukong, the Monkey King.

However, under the influence of the mysterious energy, there seemed to be a hint of ghostly aura in Infernape. This ghostly power was not frightening but rather a mysterious and formidable force that granted Infernape a more agile form and greater speed in battle. Consequently, its attributes evolved into the Fire-Ghost Fighting type, incorporating fire, fighting, and ghost powers, making it exceptionally powerful and mysterious during this special Halloween moment. Meanwhile, the vines and stones it often played with coalesced into a mysterious chain under the influence of the mysterious energy. This chain restrained the forces of evil.

In the days that followed, it displayed remarkable intelligence and courage in the world of pets, becoming an object of admiration for all the other creatures. Every Halloween, it would lead the other pets on adventures, seeking thrills, defeating evil, and safeguarding the peace and tranquility of the pet world.
