How to get the dark orb

Starting the quest
Mr. Fuji is located in the Pokemon Tower 1F at Lavender Town
Talk with him and update your quest
Dark City
Talk with Commander Ankoku who is located at the top of Dark City, you will be asked to fight with his subordinates.
Defeat them and then defeat Commander Ankoku, get your quest updated!
Back to Pokemon Tower
Return to the top floor of the Pokemon Tower, you will see Lord Kurayami
Fight with those subordinates and then defeat Lord Kurayami
Spoiler: Lord Kurayami's Team
Then you will get the Dark Orb
