Sell Items to NPCs

Just thought maybe the implementation of selling items like protein carbos potions etc would be a good idea to have income besides spam killing wild pokemon and trading .

Cool idea i dont se much harm in it but sell them for like 30% or 50% of price u can buy ... for example pokeball is 50f and you can sell to npc for 25f

We do have item buyer coded, we need to add it back in game. We will discuss internally on adding it back.
