Screen Resolution and frequency problem [can't start the game]

When I open the game my screen become black and it shows me to change resolution size and also to 60hz... then I have to push alt+f4 to being able to use again my pc... I cannot find the settings on game folder to edit these options... anyone can help please?

EDIT: I tried to change my monitor resolution size and hz all the time but nothing works... it seems is the resolution that the game runs... so untill I don't change it I will get always this black screen... here's the photo:

The error message means: "Impossible to show this screen mode, change the video settings to 1366x768@ 60HZ"
So I need to change it from settings in game but since I cannot see the game... I need to change them from game folder... and I searched a lot but cannot find the settings file, if someone can help me will be appreciated, thanks.

Disinstalla il gioco , cancella tutti i dati del gioco . Installa nuovamente il gioco e fammi sapere se funziona
