You can relearn old moves of the move-relearner in Hearthome.
You can find him inside this house:
To relearn a move, you will need a heartscale.
Those you can drop of Events like Fishing-contests or the Vs. Seeker after level 4.
You can also buy them inside the auctionhouse, for atm this price:
