• Requirements: Kanto Championship
• Cooldown: 3 days (Day 1, Win => Day 2 & 3, can't fight => Day 4 = available UTC midnight time)
• Location: Saffron City

Start

To start, you have to talk with the NPC Dr. Cipher.

He is on the first floor (ground floor) of the Silph Co. building, near the stairs.

After clicking Yes, the other NPC's for the content appear in the rest of the building.
