Ultears again from the fallen crew Odyssey
Today's a pretty sad and depressing day our crew Odyssey is fall apart our leader did a silly mistake and caused the crew to sink..
Anyway i think 18+ days have past since the game was released and i noticed that the number of player having been of a slight decreasing side.
i wanted to share my part of how i feel about the game after 18+ days of gameplay many people pointed out the flaws of PBO which many people agrees on but PBO is a new product that started off so most suggestion couldn't blend with the pace of the start that being said i kinda feel that PBO isn't ready.
-Positive side-
1)Grinding is very fast pace(I think it's fun)
2)high catchrate for wilds(made to fit Bug/Fishing contest)
3)Mods/Dev team are very nice & strict.
4)Crew with a wide spread of Skill range.
5)Smart feature(Tapping on self to use HMs)
6)Loads of achievements(after 12 days i hardly see myself completing any of them)
7)Daily quests
-Reason for downfall-
1)Donator store item gem cost is too high if you purchase them one at a time would be better to buy in bulks.(When there are lesser players it means the price of those items will fall along in the in-game currency which made it prettu much not worthy for purchases.)
-People complains about the Encounter rates alot so instead of nerfing the encounter rate the game choose to improve the encounter rate by buffing Lure i think it's a good take but i think we need better value bundles on the lure and swarm flute.
-1000gem=12x Lure/1500gem=21x Lure/2000gem=30x Lure
-1000gem=3x Swarm Flute/2000gem=7x Swarm Flute
-100Gem Card/500Gem Card/1000Gem Card(Use gem to exchange for Gem Card(Tap and use it to gain gem))
2)The game doesn't have a proper gem value right now we need someone to monitor the total amount of Money the players have gathered to either increase or decrease the value of the gem basically a STOCK expert we need this important information because Pounds isnt cheap for this game when others are accepting USD you definitely don't want paying customer to be sell stuff under valued or you can maybe set a fix price for those Gems item when the world money is being monitored.
1Pound=100Gem=3000-4900F=600-3000Wild pokemon being kill/Vs.Seekers (13 npcs 75F/Each 975F/1hr 30min) next (Teleportor 75x4 & 37Fx1 337F/1hr 30mins Spend)
-Total profit 640F/1hr30min
-1sync & 5machamps you get about 2000F with full PP/PC heals.
That's about how much you can earn some grinding information shared by codex
3)The game is made for other experienced players to adapt so this game did a good job at it i like it that it blends pretty well with what i had experienced previously.
End game options that im looking forward now.
-Leveling full team to 100
-Hunting Croagunk/Heracross/Clamperl/Mawile(For monthly trades)
-Leveling the trade pokemon to 40
-Hunting Evolution stones & Pokemon
-Leveling Fishing Rod
-Waiting for Specific days for Events(Dynamax raid&Catching contest)
-Tradings
Those 7 options were the stuffs that we'll be doing the most right now so you guys could somehow add a daily & weekly achievements to improve our weekly needs than leaving it zombie once we have completed it once.
4)Most pokemon game are made pretty much the same way so what truely will make a difference is to do things differently so is normal for many to compare which is more suitable for themselves honestly when i compare PBO with other game first thing that came up to my mind was lack of content and the best execuse would be PBO is still new which very much is the fact so straight out the biggest different would be the amount of region and networth people have gathered throughout the years they have played so PBO have a much bigger devlopment team were they could promise it's gonna be better later on and i totally believe that it's gonna be better but the word later on that i mention would be the hardest part of the game devlopment now.(So how long will it take for PBO to truely be a cut above the rest?)
5)i could point out the biggest flaw one of the true reason why people are getting less motivated to play.
-Crew Wars > Saving up tokens to buy Holding items(Many calculated the amount of time needed to get those item any not gonna lie i believe that they're ready to move with PBO but having them to redo the items is truely dishearting.)
-Honestly what i am about to suggest would save the game(this is one sided i feel this way only haha.)
Make Wild pokemon Drop Pvp Items but those PVP items have time duration on it 1day/3days/7days the duration starts to tick when a pokemon made a contact to hold the pvp item!(this additional feature should only be added to pbo membership pass)
The Biggeet flaw on the other game is that all pvp items are Permanents here we can do it differently by giving the item a duration this would make pvp interesting too.
-Those item should have a 100% itemget droprate maybe only UR&Shiny drop them as the perfect balance 1/3/7 days with equal rng rates of getting it by lucky(we have too much pvp item this one is endless more people would pm to ask what kind of drop they get semi gacha system that i think off.)
6)I once talked about a wide list of non-exsitence item droplist in pokemon i request for it to be added so players could grind material to build a Tent!(is the same logic where players grind to build their team but having tent as a second option other than grinding only would be less boring!)
-building a home in tent still fits the Law of the game which is Grind to Build PvE, It's important to have a different pve options than the rest so it can stand out.
Hopefully things get better and i hope to see Sinnoh Safari, Fossil soon.. finger cross.
