Hello, a lot of people ask about some of the quests in the game, there are a few that give you some very nice rewards, so I'm going to post small tutorials for them here. I will add more information here, possibly screenshots as more info becomes available.
Fishing Rod
Requirements: Access to Jublife City
Reward: Fishing Rod
Once you enter and walk past the pokemon center you will notice a rather good looking fellow here:
There are three clowns located around the city. One shown here, one directly north of here at a building and one at the northwest corner near the ATM. Simply say yes to all 3 questions to get 3 coupons. Return to the fisherman to get your free Rod!
Onix Rampage
Requirements: Have access to Rock Smash/Beat 1st Gym
Reward: Moon Stone
Go back to the mine. A worker here will ask for your help in battling a powerful onix.
This is a Level 20 Onix, so make sure you have the appropriate team to fight it if you are doing this right after the gym. The onix will be behind some breakable rocks, use rock smash to access it. Afterwards, head out and receive your reward.
Venoshock (Repeatable)
Requirements: Access to Fight Area/Eight Badges
Reward: Venoshock
In Floaroma town, there is a person who can extract fluids from a level 25 Ninjask and give you an tm for it. Yeah Pokémon makes no sense sometimes. The house in question is here below:
Note: Nincada and by extension Ninjask are not obtainable encounters until you have defeated the Elite Four to gain access to the Fight Area. However, you can technically buy Nincada from the Trade house instead. I wouldn't recommend this as the TM is particularly useful anyways.
Scooby Doo Mount
Requirements: None
Reward: Scooby Doo Mount
This is a long one. You are going to need to go to the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest which is all the way north in the forest. Speak to this guy, Mr Roger here.
Once you enter the Old Chateau, keep track of these 2 areas, as well as the room on the left.
Head to the 2nd Floor. Go to the far right room as shown. Interact with the TV. Make sure your team is prepared, as you will have to fight a Level 25 Gengar.
Once done, head to the 2nd last room on the right. Interact with the clock.
Head to the last room on the right and interact with the painting.
Go back to the entrance and go to the west room as shown.
Once you are in the room move exactly 3 spaces left and press spacebar (or tap if on mobile)
Head to the dining hall. Take a seat on the right most chair and press spacebar (or tap if on mobile)
Head out of the Old Chateau. Move south in the forest until you reach this spot. The trainer in this image is a good reference point. Pick up the ultra ball to receive the collar!
Now go back to Mr Roger and give back the collar. Congrats, you have a free mount.
