HELP The game is slow and sticks, why?

Good evening, I write because I started to have problems with the game, since it sticks and takes me out of the game.
Making it impossible for me to pass the first gym medal.

I play from mobile, in a low-end one.
Android 9.0.
1gb ram.
64gb internal storage.

Is it an optimization problem? Can it be solved? please help :c
