Hello, I hope I chose the correct place to report this issue.
I have encountered a bug during the quest "The Hero We Need".
I play the game on mobile. I reached the part where I had to bring the elixir to Charizard in Jannat Village.
When I arrived, I talked to the NPC where Charizard was located, but halfway through the conversation my game froze. After I logged back into the game, Charizard was no longer there and the quest was not completed.
I continued playing, thinking that the quest had been finished, but when I reached Gym 8, the game told me that I had not completed the mission.
How could I solve this issue?
