can I breed in this game and are there some breeding tools ?

For real ? I love the breeding system of Pokemon. To create a pokemon with the perfect nature, hidden ability and IVs stats and don't forgot about the moves.

I don't think the developers will add a breeding system since this game is an MMO with an in-game economy, allowing you to get a Pokemon with perfect IVs would kind of defeat the purpose.

I do believe there should be ways to increase your chances of capturing Pokemon with the nature or ability that you want, but im sure IVs will be a grind like in every other Pokemon MMO before this. That's not to say a Pokemon with perfect IVs will be impossible to find, but they will be extremely rare and valuable which is the point of the economy.
