Sound problem

if you're game is on PC:
1. Try test your Sound Hardware (sound card or your implanted sound ship) of your motherboard, if that piece is broken you must change it for another one that works.
2. The problem isn't Sound Hardware try to update your Sound Drives or your Operating System and to replace all damaged files.
3. If after updating you continue without hearing sounds, Then is a bug that staff need to fix.
if you're game is on Phone:
1. Try test audio with all app of music player, to find if is really the game. You continue without hearing sounds? Then you need fix your phone or replace it.
2. Isn't the Sound Hardware of your phone? Then is a bug that staff need to fix.
Anyway, you must be sure that the problem isn't your device. Si your device haven't problems, give us technical specifications in this area that you're mentioning, so that the staff has data to work with.

However, previous no sound bugs were found to be fixed by changing map.
Other option can be that the in-game sound options are giving you low volume.
Third option can be that there was a small mistake that happened while downloading/unzipping the game. Removing the game fully & redownloading from our downloads page could fix this.
In discord, more (and better qualified tech wise) people/mods react daily to tickets.
