Nuzbar Village
Many sidequests in Jvaloh lead up to unlocking or needing Nuzbar village located in the woods off Route 5-B.
This is also explained in ggBr's Jvaloh Walkthrough, but decided to make a new thread for it especially aswel.
Once past above maze, you are in Nuzbar Forest. Running through that map, you end up with an NPC blocking you acces to Nuzbar Village.
To make that NPC let you through, you need:
Devon Scope(s)
In Nova Condominos (Glassmoor), is an npc who asks you to retrieve his Medal Box. Other than many other sidequests, this one actually shows up in your quest tracker after you talk with him.
In the North West of Glassmoor, is a parking lot with a biker npc. He stole the medal box & will give it back if you defeat him.
You just have to return the Medal box to the NPC in Nova Condominos (elevator pokecenter Glassmoor), who will then give you 2 Devon Scopes.
1st Odd Keystone
To get this Odd Keystone, you need to find the correct scientist in Regis Town (west of Glassmoor). He will ask the player for a Devon Scope.
After you agree to that trade, he will give you the Odd Keystone.
2nd Odd keystone
1 Odd Keystone can be gained by finishing a sidequest in Sinnoh's Route 213.

In one of the houses there, there's an npc who needs your help clearing out the Lost Tower, east of Hearthome.
After clearing out that tower, the npc will give you an odd keystone.
Above 3 quests, net you the required Devon Scope & Odd Keystones. The NPC will no longer block you from entering Nuzbar Village now.
You can now also finish the other tracked side quests (Angry Vespiquen & Old Man Rajeev)
