Hope Christmas Skin Pokemon can be made into iv potion,Because some skin Pokemon trigger a Blaze Radar, the rarity level is the same as ur
 
Only ur ones can be made into iv potion.

Very rare & rare christmas pokemon will not be able to change into an iv pot.
