Maybe you want to add to the lures the capicity to attract unique Pokémon, such as the region's starters (charmander, bulbasaur, treecko, etc) and Pokémon that NPCs normally give you, such as the Beldum that gives you Maximum.

The Kanto starters only recently were changed to the ones from galar (i think, i never played the more recent games) in the dynamax event store.

This to make them exciting again when we release Kanto (which will be our next region after having Sinnoh, Jvaloh & Hoenn)

I only suggested the Kanto ones as an example. Actually I wasn't referring directly to Kanto Starters. Starters in wild attracted by lure can be from any region in fact.

I've come to see that the Sinnoh starters come out in wild but very rarely, but a decoy with this function could change this and of course if it's implemented.

This to make them exciting again when we release Kanto (which will be our next region after having Sinnoh, Jvaloh & Hoenn)
