How to fast travel between cities? (No HM Fly)

Hi everyone, I'm a new player. I know that HM Fly is removed in PBO. I've tried clicking on the map and looking for teleport NPCs, but neither works.

How do you fast travel between cities? Is there a special item or quest I need to complete?

Thanks for the help! (Pls give me the location of the HM thank you!)

We dont use the Fly HM.

We have teleporter NPC's in every major city (and some major locations).
They are old men with abra's (fx in Sandgem - Sinnoh near the bottom right). They will teleport you to any explored location at a cost of 100 F (75 F if membership activated, some locations are cheaper).


Other than that, we have an Escape Rope item which has infinite uses (but has a cooldown of like 10 minutes) which teleports you for free to the last location you healed at.


And on top of that, level 10 or higher crews can unlock the crew skill 'teleport to cw lobby button' which will, if clicked from the crew ui, warp players to the cw lobby. A location where you can heal, use pokemon box, have a free ATM & a teleporter NPC.

So if you want the traditional Fly mechanic this is the steps to follow:

1) Use Escape Rope or CW lobby teleport button

2) Talk to the teleporter NPC (and pay some cash to teleport you anywhere, like the fly HM)
