I'm not 100% sure how it works, but there are 6 npc's with tiny repeatable battle/request in Oldale Town, Petalburg City & Rustboro City.
3 of them ask for you to show them a certain pokemon at a certain level. You can reuse pokemon & they don't have to be OT.
3 of them battle you with a baby team (level scales up to your team after couple times, so free exp).
Rewards:
2 of the 6 npc's are ignoring me after only few times showing pokemon.
Winstrate Family
What?
The Winstrate Family are 5 NPC's with a team that scales to your highest level pokemon in team which you can defeat daily for Experience & lots of cash (basically a quick & daily VS Seeker).
Vito is special, he is only challengeable if you are Hoenn Champion.
Overview
Shoal Cave
A special map with tides (low & high).
These tides lock/unlock certain maps inside Shoal Cave.
Tides change every 3 hours:
Requirements
You need 400 caught dex to be allowed entry.
But why would I want to enter?
NPC's giving free items
Just like Jvaloh, Hoenn has several NPC's handing out free stuff (eg 3 quick balls) in a repeatable fashion.

- Exclusive spawns (bergmite, cetoddle, clauncher)
- 4 Shoal Salts & 4 Shoal Shells can be traded into 1 Shell Bell (once per account)
- Location of Officer Jenny Champion (and parts of the Jenny quest)
- Shoal Cave Ice Room (Low Tide) does not function as Ice Rock (Glaceon evolution), we use ice stone only.
- Level 70+ wild pokes gives good experience
