There are 4 NPC's around Sinnoh where you can trade certain pokemon for a pokemon not available in any other way.

When trading, you have to consider:

When trading, you have to consider:
- Level needs to be 40 or higher for the pokemon trading away*
- The pokemon does NOT need to be OT
- Only 1 of the species can be in your team at the time of the trade
- You can trade as often as you wish
- Synchronize works on the trade (VR odds)
- The day is (like every time) UTC time (same as the server time)
- You need at least 1 pokemon in your team other than the pokemon you are trading away
