After 10+ Iv Randomizers iv's will always be 5+
After 20+ iv randomizers iv's will always be 10+
After 30+ Iv Randomizers Iv's will always be 15+
The Pity System only takes affect, on the Reroll after: Meaning the 6th Reroll will have 5+ Ivs, the 11th Reroll will have 10+ Ivs and finally the 31st Reroll will have 15+

You can see how much iv Randomizers usage a pokemon has by
1. Checking Ivs Summary Window:

2. Linking the Pokemon in chat, or Depositing into the PC Storage system to see an overall overview of the pokemon

After 40+ Iv Rerolls your Shiny pokemon will always have 20+ ivs
