Recruitment Announcement: Gameplay Balance Manager (PVP, PVE & Rewards) for Pokémon Blaze Online

Hello All!

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our Pokémon Blaze Online team and are looking for dedicated individuals for the role of Gameplay Balance Manager (PVP, PVE & Rewards).

Positions Available: 2-3
Time Commitment: Flexible (but dedicated!)

Requirements:

• Team player willing to collaborate.
• Minimum of 100+ hours in Pokémon Blaze Online and experience in other games.
• Completion of both the story regions of the game.
• Decent understanding of the current game economy.

🛠 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work together with team members to balance game difficulty and rewards.
• Propose changes to the existing reward system to maintain game balance.
• Assess the current in-game economy for possible improvements.
• Collaborate with Spawn Managers and Scripters for quest development.
• Suggest new systems to keep the game balanced.
• Update or remove items to align with game balance.
• Maintain relevant data in Google Sheets.
• Work with players of varying styles to maintain a balanced experience.
• Balance the game in response to new regions and events.
• Continually balance existing game regions.

This is a specialized role requiring a high level of dedication. You will be working closely with other team members to make meaningful contributions to Pokémon Blaze Online.
