in route 222 you can get both speed and atk evs really good
Luxio 2 atk evs
Purugly 2 speed evs
and they are the only common (i think) pokemon in the grass

Ravaged Path surfing zubat 1 speed ev golbat 2 speed ev just those two makes for fast speed, I want to say it is route 203 or oreburgh gate surfing SP ATTK Psyduck 1 sp attk ev and golduck 2 sp attk ev

You can check their base stats in pokedex, their highest stat is the ev they give. Or you can just check on sites like bulbapedia etc. they have written the effort values that pokes give.

There's a mistake, Hoppip gives 1 SPDEF not 1 HP

I made this mistake as well, and was wondering why HP was taking so long lol.

Speed (Zubat |Yeild:1ev) and SpA (Psyduck|Yeild:1ev) in Oreburg Gate ( the cave before Oreburg city).
This is a nice combination just like Atk-Spe for all our special-sweeper Pokemons.

Ye ik you have to deal with the Common tier geodudes bt just run from then? Xd
