Introduction:
Welcome to the Summer Hunt Pokémon Competition. Show off your best Summer 2024 Pokémon forms to NPC in Oasis Shores Hut#3 and stand a chance to win exciting rewards along with an exclusive Rainbow Ho-Oh Mount. Before you dive in, here's everything you need to know:
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- You can only show 10 Summer Forms. You won't lose the Pokémon.
- Your Pokémon cannot have been previously shown to this NPC.
- The Pokémon must be originally owned by you.
- Only Pokémon with Summer forms from 2024 are eligible.
- The Pokémon cannot be caught in a year prior to the current year.
- IVs of the Pokémon must not be randomized.
- The Pokémon cannot have any IV potions used on it.
2. Scoring Mechanism:
To determine the score for your Pokémon in the competition, a specialized algorithm is used:
- IV Score Calculation: The total IVs of your Pokémon is compared to the maximum possible IVs. This ratio is multiplied by 100 to get the IV score percentage.
- Nature Multiplier:
- Good Natures (Adamant, Jolly, Modest, Timid, Calm, Bold) give a 10% bonus to the score.
- Negative Natures (Lax, Mild, Gentle, Lonely, Rash, Naughty) result in a 10% deduction from the score.
- Neutral Natures (e.g., Serious, Bashful, Docile) have no impact on the score.
- Rarity Multiplier: The score is modified based on your Pokémon's rarity. Here are the multipliers:
- UNKNOWN - 1x
- COMMON - 1x
- UNCOMMON - 1.5x
- RARE - 3x
- VERY RARE - 5x
- ULTRA RARE - 10x
- LEGENDARY - 20x
- Final Score: The final score is a combination of the IV Score, Rarity Multiplier, and Nature Multiplier. The minimum score is always 1.
3. Prizes:
- 1st Place: Rainbow Ho-Oh Mount (Only 1 in game), 5x Gold Summer Chest, 7500 Heat Shards + 50k
